Join us in celebrating the career of IPO Principal violist Miriam Hartman as she retires after an exceptional tenure of 41 years, appreciated by colleagues, conductors, and soloists from all over the world, as well as donors and subscribers. She leaves behind a legacy of artistry and dedication that reflects a unique human being and outstanding musician. To honor Miriam's impact and to support the young generation of musicians – a cause that has always been close to her heart – we invite you to donate to our new Academy program. This program aims to develop outstanding young musicians eager to pursue careers in orchestral performance while helping the IPO attract potential orchestra members. Please help us ensure the participation of young violists in the IPO's Academy program with a donation in Miriam's honor!
